Andreas Münzer was known for his defying low body fat levels. The Austrian bodybuilder died on March 14, 1996.
Thanks to his dedication to bodybuilding, Münzer appeared twice in Flex Magazine and once in Muscle Magazine International, and is still renown for having reached the lowest body fat percentage humanly possible.
After months of stomach pain and steroid overuse, he was hospitalized and was bleeding internally due to dieting. After the doctors had stopped the bleeding, both his kidneys failed.
A postmortem autopsy was mad and revealed that his liver had melted into large tumors the size of eggs, and his heart was twice the size it was supposed to be.
Doctors linked his death to the use of over 20 drugs and his fat levels which were below the essential fats, aka below 2-4%
Münzer was without a doubt a legendary bodybuilder who strived to reach elite levels of fitness.
