To get one sweatcoint, you have to walk 1,000 steps. If you walk 2,000 steps, you get two sweatcoints and so on. There is also no limit to how much money you can get.

All you need to do is to download the app from their website. Alas, you should know that it works only in the UK and is in a beta stage for users in other regions who have an iPhone 5 and above.
