Vince McMahon Is Back After All That Time and You Won’t Believe His Current Workout!
Arguably the most recognizable face behind the wrestling powerhouse that is the WWE, Vince McMahon took over the family business from his father in the 1980s. He even competed as a wrestler, and won world championships in 1999 and 2007.
At the ripe young age of 71, McMahon relies on his love and passion for fitness to keep him in top shape in order to head the WWE. Vince trains vigorously every week, sometimes performing two-a-days to account for missed workouts due to his hectic schedule.
His coach and training partner, Mike Monteforte works McMahon for 90-minutes a day, focusing on one muscle group worked with giant sets followed by several Cross-fit type exercises including: sledgehammer swings, sled drags, and rope slams, and finishing it all up with sprints and an ab crushing circuit.
McMahon’s favorite muscle group to train is back. “He has unbelievable strength in his back,” says Monteforte. “On the bent-over row he can do 315 lbs. for 10 reps.”
