From Criminal Gang-member To Inspirational Bodybuilding Beast. You Will Not Believe How He Turned His Life Around
Jens Dalsgaard, aka “The Beast”, was only 10 when his mother was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.When Jens was 24, his mother died and that’s when things took a turn for the worse. Unable to process the passing of his mother, he needed an escape from his home. He became involved with local gang-members and spent 4 years in prison.
When he was in jail, he received cognitive behavioral therapy. His mindset changed, he wanted to become stronger and help others along the way. But his deamons were tough to shake off, so he got 40 tattoos over his face and body to remind himself of the beast he wanted to be. Now that’s some dedication.
Separated from his family when his mother passed away, then reunited with his siblings and his fathers for his 70th birthday after getting out of jail.
Ever since he was a boy, he always admired muscular cartoon villains, therefore, right after getting out of jail, he started bodybuilding. Training at Gold Gym with people like Rich Piana helped him achieve his fitness goals and become a rising star. The Beast now weight 280lbs ( 127kg ) and is not done growing neither physically nor professionally. He quickly became an athlete sponsored by 5% Nutrition acoach & personal trainer after his remarkable transformation.

He trains 5 times / week atGold gym and Eats 5,500 calories per day and wants to be bigger than 280l. The beast is 5 feet 10inches tall with a 56-inch chest an a 22-inch arm and eats 9 meals a day to maintain his shape
He holds a lot of rage inside but now he channels it in something positive to reach out to people.
“I am a man of aggression, born into this. You can’t change the person you are but you can change the way way you act towards the world. IF I don’t do what I do maybe I’ll kill somebody, maybe I’ll hury myself, this is my therapy, my solution, my temple.”
The beast likes to lift monstrously heavy weight. And that does not go without consequences.
One week ago, he attempted such heavy lifts he ended up popping a vein in his brain. Luckily, the beast is loved and supported by one hell of a crew.
'When I started my bodybuilding transformation two years ago, my muscles just grew bigger and bigger and people on the internet started calling me "Jens the Beast".

The beast is, in reality friendlier than people would think despite his 40 tattoos, he is currently in a relationship with the 20-year-old female sponsored bodybuilder and his fame is continuously rising.
